一定要先冰6小時以上, 不然打不發.... 會如此清楚的知道, 就是上次我們沒仔細看說明沒冰, 結果怎麼打就是打不發. 有冰有差哦!
小企鵝中文不太好, 就煩請各位看他的英文記錄囉. 小企鵝說他本來不喜歡吃PANCAKE, 但一年前在日本同學家吃這款(TRADER JOE'S的椰子PANCAKE MIX), 覺得好好吃哦. 原本PANCAKE樣子有點無聊, 所以他將它們改裝成不同的動物.
底下的照片, 第一張笑臉是三豬媽作的.看得出來, 完全沒有靈感如何美化它!小朋友還是比較有想像力.
Coconut Animal Pancakes
An year ago, my friend's mom made some coconut pancakes for us. Even though I usually didn't like pancakes, I thought these pancakes were delicious. So we went to Trader Joe's, and bought "Trader Joe's Toasted Coconut Pancake Mix" and "Trader Joe's Whipping Cream". Making it was really easy, well maybe except flipping the pancakes, but most of them turned up to be in good shape. But plain ole' pancakes are boring, so we decided to spice them up!
That one was my mom's pancake. Since I like animals, I made an owl:
A bear:
And a fox!
They turned out really cute, and tasty too! Sometimes, when I dropped the pancake (like on the rim of the pan) when I was flipping it over, the pancake would just break into pieces, so there were only scraps of the remaining pancakes. But I would dip the scraps in the whipped cream, and even though they weren't as pretty, they were just as delicious! Overall, I thought these pancakes were cute, creative, and tasty, so I want to make more of these pancakes! Any suggestions for my next pancake?
